General Requirements for All Returns & Exchanges:


Proof of Purchase: A valid, original receipt or transaction history in your customer account is required for all returns or exchanges. No exceptions.


Return Window: Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.


Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions of this policy.


1. Vaping Hardware (Mods, Kits, External Chargers)


We offer a 14-Day Defect Guarantee on vaping hardware against manufacturer's defects.


What's Covered: If your device has a manufacturer's defect (e.g., screen issue, auto-firing, charging failure) within 14 days of purchase, we will offer a direct exchange or store credit.


Conditions: The device must be returned with all original packaging (box, manuals, accessories) and be free of physical damage from drops, water, or misuse. Our team will verify the defect.


After 14 Days: Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer. We are happy to provide you with their contact information.


2. Final Sale Items


For health and safety reasons, the following products are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for reasons of personal preference (e.g., you do not like a flavour).


• E-Liquids & Nicotine Products

• Disposable Vapes

• Coils, Atomizers, and Pods

• Tanks and Glass Components

• Drip Tips (Mouthpieces)

• External Batteries (e.g., 18650)

• All Sale & Clearance Items


3. Our Quality Guarantee (Exceptions for Final Sale Items)


We stand by our products. If a Final Sale item is incorrect, expired, or defective at the time of purchase due to a store or manufacturing error, we will make it right.

This guarantee applies to verifiable defects reported within 48 hours of purchase:


Disposable Vape: Is Dead on Arrival (DOA) and will not fire out of the box.

E-Liquid / Pod: Is leaking in its sealed packaging, is expired, or is clearly the wrong item from what is on your receipt.


How to Process a Defective Return:


1. Keep Everything: You must bring the defective product back in its original packaging.

2. Bring Your Receipt: A valid, original receipt is mandatory.

3. Visit Us: Our team will verify the defect. To be eligible, the product must be minimally used (at least 90% full). Upon confirmation, we will provide an exact exchange for the same product. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
